<h4><span style="font-weight: bold; color: rgb(123, 57, 0);">Offering Classes</span></h4><div><span style="color: rgb(189, 148, 0);">Play Group, Nursery, KG, Prep, Class I to X</span></div><div><br></div><h4><span style="color: rgb(41, 82, 24); font-weight: bold;">Registration Process</span></h4><div style="text-align: justify; "><span style="color: rgb(107, 165, 74);">Application forms are to be filled in and submitted to the Administrative office with in 2 working days, from issue of the form. The form should be obtained from the school office only. No Photocopy of the form will be accepted. No exchange of forms is permitted.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(107, 165, 74);"><br></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(107, 165, 74);">Admission to play group, Nursery, KG & Preparatory will be through Observation/Interaction. Observation/Iteraction would be held on the same day and both the parents should be present should be present. Date & Timings for observation/Interaction will be intimated at the time of submission of registration form.</span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(107, 165, 74);"><br></span></div><div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="color: rgb(107, 165, 74);">There will be written test for students seeking admission to classes I to IX at Sanctum Academy, at the time of registration, the following documents are to be submitted to the Administrative Office:</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">1. Duly filled and signed Registration Forms.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">2. 2 Passport size color photographs of the child.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">3. Recent photograph of the ward should be affized on the form.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">4. Proof of Date of Birth (issued by Municipal Corporation or any authorized competent authority)</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">5. Submit the Transport Form (If School Transport needs to be form.)</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">6. Photocopy of the present school final exam report card of two previous classes and current year's report card for class I to IX.</span></div><div><span style="color: rgb(57, 132, 198);">7. Incomplete registration forms will be rejected.</span></div><div><br></div><div><span style="color: rgb(231, 99, 99);">Neither Affidavit nor kundli of date of birth is acceptable. Change of date of birth will not be entertained later.</span></div>
